Megaproviders of e-learning in Europe is a major, new book which includes 26 case study articles of European megaproviders of e-learning.
The project’s aim is to enhance public knowledge on sustainable and cost-effective large-scale e-learning by analyzing the trends and contributions to large-scale success and to identify laws and recommendations for success and failure in e-learning.

The third book published by the Megatrends project, E-learning initiatives that did not reach targeted goals , provides case study articles and analyses of nine prestigious European e-learning initiatives that did not reach their targeted goals.
The Provision of e-learning in the European Union
The Megatrends project has now published the book: The Provision of e-learning in the European Union. It presents data gathered from Norway and the 25 members of the European Union as an introductory overview of the provision of e-learning in Europe.

Nomination of mega providers
You are now welcome to nominate mega providers of online education in Europe.
Institutions that qualify for nomination should have more than 5000 enrolments in online courses or more than 100 online courses offered in 2005.
Nominated institutions will be listed at the Megatrends web site.
